Has something changed lately?

Do you have a new address? Have your charitable interests changed? Do you no longer want your name to appear in our publications? You may make changes whenever you wish by updating the information form. Once completed, the file can either be saved to your computer and attached to an email or you can print it out and mail it to the Community Foundation.
