Your Online Donor Portal – Guide & Updates
We are excited to announce the arrival of our new donor portal called My Fund (Donor Portal), designed to enhance your giving experience. This upgrade includes improved design and new features, while giving our staff the tools to support your philanthropy with greater ease and insight.
The updated portal will provide quick access to statements, reports, grant requests, and more, all while being easier to navigate.
Accessing My Fund
The first step is to set up your account in the new portal. This step is necessary even if you used the previous version of DonorCentral and is the only way to access your fund online. Please note, after November 15th DonorCentral will no longer be monitored by the Community Foundation. Also, please bookmark/favorite and save the new link for easier access: https://racfs.fcsuite.com/erp/portal.
