Rochester College Access Network (RCAN) promotes and support college access by providing information about completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), local colleges, college and career fairs, true cost of college, local financial aid and college open house events, and much more.

Delta DEARS for Education Non-Traditional Scholarship provides scholarships to African American adults in the Rochester/Monroe County area who are attending accredited vocational or post-secondary institutions.
Ibero-American Action League Hispanic Scholarship Program provides scholarships to college-bound Hispanic students in the area.
Urban League of Rochester Black Scholars Program provides honorees with helpful college/career readiness programming and scholarship opportunities in their senior year.
